Welcome to Infinity Ride Experts (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and Infinity Ride Experts for:
- Accessing or using our website, mobile platforms, or communication channels (collectively, the “Platform”).
- Booking any cab services, travel packages, experiences, accommodations, flights, visa support, or other related services provided by us or our partner vendors.
By accessing the Platform or making any booking with us, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Definitions
- User / You / Your: Anyone accessing our services, platform, or making a booking.
- Booking: A confirmed reservation for a service like a cab ride, experience, or a full travel package.
- Supplier / Third-Party Provider: External vendors such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, or visa facilitators who provide services booked through us.
- Quotation: A customized offer detailing inclusions, pricing, schedules, and terms. Once payment is made, it becomes the final contract.
- Platform: All digital and offline channels used by Infinity Ride Experts, including our website, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Force Majeure: Events outside our control like natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political events that may affect service delivery.
2. Scope of Application
Our services fall under two categories:
- Part A – Individual Services: One-time bookings (e.g., a cab from Jaipur to Delhi or an individual sightseeing tour).
- Part B – Full Tour Packages: Multi-service itineraries including accommodation, transport, experiences, or international/domestic packages.
These terms apply to both categories unless otherwise mentioned.
3. Legal Agreement & Booking Contract
- You must be 18+ to book. If booking for others, you are responsible for ensuring they understand and comply with these T&C.
- Once you confirm a booking and make the necessary payment, the terms listed in the final quotation become legally binding.
- Verbal discussions or promotional content not listed in the final confirmed quotation are not part of the binding contract.
PART A: Individual Services (Cab Bookings / One-Time Activities)
1. Booking Process
- Select destination, travel date, cab type, and number of passengers.
- Payment confirmation leads to issuance of a booking voucher.
- Review all inclusions (e.g., tolls, driver allowance, waiting charges).
2. Eligibility & Conduct
- Ensure compliance with vehicle occupancy rules and safety regulations.
- No refunds for service denial due to lateness, intoxication, or misconduct.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Each service has specific cancellation terms listed at booking.
- In case of operational issues or weather disruptions, we will offer a reschedule or refund per supplier policy.
4. User Responsibilities
- Arrive on time at pickup location.
- Provide correct personal and travel details.
- Review booking inclusions and exclusions carefully before confirming.
5. Assumption of Risk
- Some experiences (e.g., treks, adventure rides) involve inherent risk. You agree to participate at your own risk.
PART B: Full Tour Packages (Multi-Service Travel Itineraries)
B1. Our Role
- We coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and other service providers.
- We facilitate the booking but do not own or control third-party services.
- We are not responsible for vendor cancellations, visa denials, or overbooking.
B2. Booking Conditions
- Provide accurate details (e.g., names, age, passport info).
- Follow the payment schedule as shared in your quotation.
- Final confirmation is given only after full payment.
B3. Flight Services
- Flights are governed by airline policies regarding changes, refunds, and delays.
- We facilitate refunds only after receiving funds from airlines.
- You are responsible for transit visas and check-in compliance.
B4. Hotels
- Hotel policies vary (e.g., check-in times, local ID rules).
- We provide alternatives in case of overbooking, based on availability.
- Any local charges (taxes, meals, deposits) must be settled directly with the hotel.
B5. Visas
- We assist with the visa process, but approval is at embassy discretion.
- Visa delays or denials do not entitle you to a package refund unless stated in your booking terms.
- All documentation and interviews required for visas are your responsibility.
B6. Transfers
- Transfers may be private or shared, as listed in your itinerary.
- Arrive at pickup point 10 minutes early; missed rides due to delays are non-refundable.
- Luggage allowance is limited; excess may incur charges.
B7. Modifications & Cancellations
- Our cancellation policy is tiered based on how far in advance you cancel.
- Modification requests may incur a fee, plus cost differences.
- Emergency changes due to health or family reasons may qualify for partial waivers (medical proof required).
- No refunds for no-shows or partial usage of the trip.
4. Documentation & Refunds
- Refunds are initiated only after confirmation and settlement from the relevant supplier.
- All applicable convenience fees and taxes are non-refundable.
- Supporting documents (e.g., proof of denial, screenshots, photos) are required for refund claims.
8. Medical & Family Emergencies
8.1 Medical Emergency
A Medical Emergency refers to unforeseen health conditions occurring within 30 days prior to the scheduled travel date, in which the traveler has been deemed medically unfit to travel by a certified doctor, with a recommendation to avoid travel for the next 30 days.
Eligible Conditions for Medical Emergency Cancellations (with documentation):
- Accident Requiring Hospitalization: Fractures, burns, lacerations, or injuries requiring surgery or medical intervention.
- Serious Illness: Life-threatening illnesses such as heart attack, stroke, or infections needing hospitalization.
- Pregnancy Complications: Including preeclampsia, ectopic pregnancy, or other serious conditions.
- Emergency Surgery: Urgent operations such as appendicitis or gallbladder removal.
- Cancer Treatment: Recent diagnosis or ongoing chemotherapy/radiation affecting ability to travel.
- Organ Transplantation: Scheduled or recent transplant and related complications.
- Severe Infections: Illnesses like meningitis or tuberculosis requiring inpatient treatment.
- Respiratory Conditions: Severe asthma, COPD flare-ups, or allergies needing hospitalization.
- Accidental Major Trauma: Serious bodily injuries including head trauma, multiple fractures.
- Severe Allergic Reactions: Requiring emergency treatment (e.g., anaphylaxis).
Required Documents:
- Medical fitness certificate issued by a registered doctor under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
- Hospital discharge summary, diagnosis report, and medical bills (where applicable).
8.2 Family Emergency
A Family Emergency applies to critical, unforeseen events involving an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) occurring within 30 days before the trip, significantly impacting the traveler’s ability to continue with the booking.
Valid Scenarios:
- Death of Immediate Family Member: Death certificate and proof of relation required.
- Critical Illness Diagnosis: Cancer, organ failure, etc. requiring urgent hospitalization.
- Severe Medical Conditions: Heart attack, stroke, or other life-threatening events.
- Accidental Major Trauma: Critical injuries (fractures, head injuries, loss of limb).
Required Documents:
- Doctor’s certificate confirming illness/hospitalization.
- Government-issued death certificate.
- Proof of relation to the affected family member.
Verification Rights
Infinity Ride Experts reserves the right to verify all submitted documents with hospitals, doctors, or third-party agencies. If documents are found to be falsified, the claim will be immediately rejected, and no cancellation or refund will be processed.
All claims on compassionate grounds must be submitted before the travel date or within 5 days of cancellation, with full supporting documents. Late submissions will not be accepted.
9. Complaints & Refund Requests
Refund claims related to service deficiencies (e.g., vehicle delays, incomplete travel) must be submitted within 5 days of the trip’s end. Requests must include valid proof such as:
- Email communications or chats
- Driver/vendor confirmations
- Booking logs or photographs (if applicable)
No refund requests will be entertained after 5 days.
B8. Limitation of Liability
Extent of Liability
Infinity Ride Experts’ maximum liability for any travel-related claim (whether due to contract, negligence, or other grounds) is limited to the total booking amount paid.
We are not liable for:
- Personal injuries, illnesses, accidents, or deaths
- Property loss or damages
- Expenses due to third-party failures (e.g., driver delays, vehicle breakdowns)
- Delays or disruptions caused by external factors like weather, road closures, strikes, or government regulations
Force Majeure
Infinity Ride Experts is not liable for non-performance or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes)
- Pandemic or epidemic outbreaks
- Acts of terrorism or war
- Government restrictions or strikes
In such events, we may reschedule, suspend, or cancel the service and offer refunds or credit only to the extent that our vendors permit.
10. General Provisions
User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post or share unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content
- Misuse the platform or impersonate another individual
Infinity Ride Experts reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts violating these conditions.
10.1 Data Collection & Usage
By using our platform and services, you consent to receive marketing and transactional communications from Infinity Ride Experts via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
We collect and share your data with trusted third-party partners (e.g., hotel partners, vehicle operators, payment providers) only for:
- Booking confirmation
- Operations and travel facilitation
- Emergency coordination
We do not sell your data to any party for marketing or profit.
10.2 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Infinity Ride Experts does not store your credit/debit card information. Users agree to the terms and policies of these payment partners.
10.3 Government Compliance & Communication Consent
By using our services, you agree that all transactional communications are compliant with TRAI or equivalent regulations. This includes overriding any “Do Not Disturb” or similar opt-outs.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Ride Experts and its team from any claims or damages arising due to:
- Breach of our Terms & Conditions
- Violation of applicable laws
- Misuse of services or fraudulent claims
12. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials on our platform are the intellectual property of Infinity Ride Experts. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited without written permission.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law under the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur unless an arbitration clause is specifically stated in your booking confirmation.
14. TCS / GST & Invoicing
- TCS Certificates (if applicable) will be issued 45 days after the end of the financial quarter.
- GST Invoices will be provided on request after the completion of the travel service. Users must submit complete details to receive the invoice.
15. Policy Updates
Infinity Ride Experts reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be communicated via website notifications or email. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the updated terms.
16. Acknowledgment
By:
- Booking a cab or package with us
- Using our services or communication channels
You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed herein, including those related to cancellations, emergencies, refunds, liability limitations, and data usage.
