By accessing our website, booking our services, or using any part of our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully, as it governs your relationship with Infinity Ride Experts.

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all users, customers, and visitors engaging with Infinity Ride Experts, whether online or offline.

General Overview

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these T&C:
  • “User,” “You,” “Your”: Any person or entity visiting, accessing, registering on, or making a Booking through the Platform.
  • “Booking”: Any confirmed purchase or reservation for a single activity/experience or a complete tour package (comprising hotels, flights, visas, transfers, etc.).
  • “Supplier” or “Third-Party Supplier”: The entity actually providing the service, such as a hotel, airline, local activity operator, visa agency, or transport provider.
  • “Services”: All offerings booked through Infinity Ride Experts, including but not limited to tours, hotels, flights, experiences, activities, visas, and associated logistics.
  • “Quotation”: A formal offer from Infinity Ride Experts containing the service details (inclusions/exclusions), schedule, price, cancellation terms, and payment deadlines. Once the User pays in full, the Quotation and these T&C become the final contract, overriding any conflicting verbal, emails, what’s app text, website statements or any other form of communication.
  • “Platform”: Our websites, apps, partner pages, social media accounts, and any affiliated channels or methods used for promotion, booking, or customer support.

Legal Agreement & Booking Contract

Legal Standing
  • By using Infinity Ride Experts , you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter a binding contract.
  • If you book on behalf of someone else (e.g., a minor, a friend, or a family member), you are responsible for ensuring they understand and comply with these T&C.
Final Quotation is the Binding Contract
  • For bookings (entire tours), the specific terms (payment schedule, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policy) in the final Quotation — once partial/full payment made by you- become legally binding.
  • Any verbal commitments or references to previous website content made during the discussion phase are not binding. Only the services explicitly listed in the final Quotation (QB) on which payment has been made by you will be considered as part of the final confirmed agreement.

Cab Services Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your cab booking with Infinity Ride Experts, but 10% of the total fare will be deducted if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

2. Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, Infinity Ride Experts will charge a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total fare.

  • If the driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location, a 30% cancellation fee may apply.

3. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to show up at the pickup location without any prior intimation, Infinity Ride Experts reserves the right to charge 100% of the fare as a cancellation penalty.

Travel Packages Cancellation Policy

Travel packages offered by Infinity Ride Experts include multiple services, such as hotel bookings, sightseeing arrangements, transportation, and optional activities. As these packages require advance reservations and coordination with third-party vendors, our cancellation terms are more structured.

1. Cancellation Timeframe and Charges

  • 30 Days or More Before Departure:
    A full refund minus 10% administrative charges.

  • 15–29 Days Before Departure:
    30% of the total package amount will be deducted.

  • 7–14 Days Before Departure:
    50% of the total package amount will be deducted.

  • Less than 7 Days Before Departure:
    No refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some customized services (like luxury hotels, adventure activities, or last-minute bookings) are non-refundable. In such cases, Infinity Ride Experts will inform you during the booking process

Rescheduling Policy

Infinity Ride Experts offers one-time rescheduling for most services subject to availability.

1. Cab Service Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule a cab booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • No additional charges apply for the first rescheduling.

  • Multiple reschedules will incur an administrative fee of 10% of the trip cost.

2. Package Rescheduling

  • Travel packages may be rescheduled up to 15 days prior to departure, subject to hotel and vendor availability.

  • In cases where third-party suppliers charge penalties, those fees will be passed on to the customer.

  • If rescheduling is not possible due to high-demand seasons or blackout dates, Infinity Ride Experts will offer alternative dates or partial refunds.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Infinity Ride Experts is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment gateways.

Partial Cancellations

In the case of partial cancellations (for example, canceling one segment of a multi-city trip), Infinity Ride Experts will evaluate the refund eligibility based on the service already rendered and the remaining portion of the trip.

Special Cases and Force Majeure

1. Natural Disasters and Political Events

In case of natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, etc.), civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Infinity Ride Experts will work with clients to offer alternative dates, partial refunds, or credit toward future travel.

2. Medical Emergencies

If a medical emergency prevents travel, Infinity Ride Experts may request documentation and offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis. Supporting medical proof may be required.

Booking Channels and Third-Party Vendors

If your booking with Infinity Ride Experts was made through a third-party website or agent, the cancellation policy of that platform will also apply. In such cases, Infinity Ride Experts will process the refund based on the amount received after deductions made by third-party vendors

Infinity Ride Experts reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
